Archway Featured in the June 2007 Issue of NEBRASKAland Magazine

If the June 2007 issue of NEBRASKAland Magazine the Archway was featured for our work with the Pawnee Nation in Pawnee, Oklahoma. Since 2002 we have helped the Pawnee to grow and preserve their original varieties of corn which are native to Nebraska and do not produce well in Oklahoma. Some of the seeds are used in the Archway education program teaching children about the Pawnee tribe and how the crops were an important part of their livelihood. The article was written by Ken Bouc, who has written a series of articles about the Pawnee over several decades for the NEBRASKAland Magazine.
